Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping service.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

During collection launches, sales, holidays, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

• Delivery times vary by destination and generally arrive within 7–21 business days.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We'll gladly help however we can and work with the carrier to assist in locating your package.

Returns

We hope you love your High Tower Swim pieces. If your order isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Have the protective hygienic liner fully intact and unremoved

• Be free of makeup, deodorant, sunscreen, perfume, stains, pet hair, odors, or any other signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

After this window, your order begins processing and can no longer be canceled.
