Return Policy

Hygiene is the number one priority to maintain our swimwear quality for others. Not only for the sake of our small business, but for the safety of our customers, as well. 

We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 30-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. 

Only swimsuits with original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for returns. Items that wont be eligible to be resold in their current condition will not be eligible for a refund. Within 10 days of receiving the returned product, High Tower Swim will issue the refund in the form of store credit. 

Sale items are final sale. No refunds, no exceptions. 

High Tower Swimwear is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather. High Tower Swim does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at High Tower Swim's sole discretion.
