The inner layer should feel comfortably secure, while the ruffled overlay is meant to sit lightly against the body rather than fit tightly. If you'd like more coverage through the cups, we recommend sizing up. As the size increases, the cups become slightly taller and wider while the stretchy underband continues to provide a comfortable, supportive fit.
